ramshackle rally

At Pillow we do our best to bring you totally unique experiences. With this in mind, we are delighted to have partnered up with Ramshackle Rally to bring you a whole new way of seeing Europe.

What’s it all about? Basically you and a group of up to 3 friends have a budget of no more than £150 to buy a car, the bigger banger the better. Once you have chosen your vehicle, you can decorate it however you like, even wear fancy dress to match, and then its time for the real fun! Drive your £150 rust bucket to the other side of Europe, participating in a number of challenges and having great fun along the way. Winners even get cash prizes!

So if you’re up for the challenge, join other likeminded people for a ramshackle rally and make your way over some of the best driving rotes in Europe! Remember this is supposed to be a character building experience so breaking down in the foothills of the Tatry mountains, when you’re 50 miles from anything, it’s getting dark and nobody speaks English is quality entertainment!

At the end of your Pamplona or Oktoberfest rally you can join Pillow at our festival campground and enjoy all the normal benefits of travelling with Pillow. It’s a totally different and unique way to enjoy a festival, and makes the journey a lot more memorable”
