MUNICH, GERMANY, 20-25 SEPTEMBER 2012

munich beer festival

6 Day Coach & Camping Tour only £229

Bring your best drinking boots and join us for the biggest party in Europe! We will travel overnight from London to Munich in executive 49 seat coaches with DVD player and toilet. We will arrive in Munich early morning on Friday 21 September 2012 and the rest of the day is free for you to explore the city centre. On Saturday we leave early to get the best positions for the first and biggest day of Oktoberfest so get ready for a full day of drinking and singing “Ein Prosit”.

On the following Sunday we change the mood completely and you have the option (included) to visit Dachau concentration camp (the first camp built by Hitler in 1933). We then visit the lovely Andechs Monastery, a beautiful place in the foothills of the Alps where the monks brew their own beer, and you can try the Bavarian speciality Pork Knuckle. That evening we drop you back at Oktoberfest for another night of fun in the beer halls.

On Monday you have a free day to visit central Munich or head back to the beer halls before we depart at 8pm for our overnight journey back to London. We should arrive back in London during the afternoon of Tuesday 25 September where the tour will terminate at Temple tube station.

During our tour we travel in a private charter executive 49 seat coach with toilet and DVD player, and will stay in pre-erected 3 man tents (based on 2 people sharing) at the legendary Thalkirchen Campsite, which is only one and a half miles away from the beer festival. We offer a full cooked breakfast each morning of your stay. We supply regular shuttles to the beer festival from our campsite or it’s only a few stops away using the local tube service if you want more independence whilst in Munich. You also have the support of professional Pillow tour leaders and ground crew. You can enjoy the friendly group atmosphere generated by our tours and meet lots of like-minded travellers.

If you would like to book a one way option, i.e. stay in Munich after the tour, or meet us in Munich and travel back to London with us, the cost is £209 per person. Click Here to book this ONE WAY option!
