Join us for a one day trip to Royal Ascot and enjoy a fantastic day at the races. Since 2009 Pillow has organized day trips to Royal Ascot for Ladies Day (The Thursday) and the final Ascot Saturday of this amazing event. Our package includes return charter coach transport from central London, hospitality at Ascot including bubbly on arrival, a pre-race picnic with unlimited red or white wine in the coach park, and your entrance tickets to the Silver Ring or Grandstand enclosure.

Royal Ascot is renowned around the world for some of the highest quality horse racing available in Europe. The Royal Ascot race meeting (started in 1711) is also considered a traditional English summer institution, alongside other famous events like Wimbledon tennis and watching test cricket at Lords. Everybody who attends dresses up in their finest clothes and enjoys a unique atmosphere and spectacle.

Our Royal Ascot tours are really popular (we took over 350 people during 2012) and we offer a hassle free way to enjoy Ladies Day at Royal Ascot or Ascot Saturday.

The Details

2013 Dates


    • Itinerary is the same for all both days, just choose if you want to visit on the Thursday or Saturday


    Book today for a £25 per person deposit, full payment due six weeks before departure…


    Meet at Temple Tube Station at 8.30am for an 8.45am departure to Ascot. The journey should take around two hours, and once you arrive at Coach Park 10 you will be greeted with a glass of cold bubbly. You then have free time to relax in the coach park and chat with friends or fellow passengers.


    At 12 noon you can enjoy our pre-race picnic with unlimited red or white wine.


    After lunch you are free to enter Royal Ascot and watch the Royal Procession at 2pm and the races which start at 2.30pm until 5.30pm.


    After the final race you can wonder back to Coach Park 10 and we leave Ascot at 6.30pm for the journey back to London. Arrival back in London (Temple Tube Station) will be around 9pm when the tour terminates, but you please feel free to join your tour leader for drinks at a bar near Temple Tube Station.
