If you want to make your own way to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, and you are just looking for pre-erected tent hire, then you have come to the right place! For just £50 per person per night you can stay in one of our pre-erected tents, complete with airbeds, and we include breakfast each morning. You will also receive the services of our Pillow tour leaders and ground crew, and you can enjoy a nice group atmosphere during the
Grand Prix.
You can stay any number of nights (Two night minimum stay) from Thursday 5 July to Monday 9 July 2012, so you can time your visit for any of the practice, qualifying or race days, or all three.
Our campsite is the closest campsite to the main gate of Silverstone F1 GP circuit. Instead of staying in a hotel 20 miles away from Silverstone, and spending hours each day travelling to and from the track and sitting in traffic jams, we camp in the picturesque setting of Litchlake Farm, the closest campsite to the main entrance of Silverstone Race course.
Don’t worry about entertainment at night, the campsite is also home to the Grand Prix village with its many stalls and food outlets, we are also a few minutes walk away from the nightly entertainment and funfair at the Silverstone main gate, so we really are central to everything! Also on the last night, there is a fantastic meet the drivers concert, which normally includes Eddie Jordan’s band for you to enjoy. All you have to do is buy your own GP entrance ticket, and bring your own pillow and sleeping bag or bedding; we take care of everything else, the campsite we use has good toilet and shower facilities.
For the race itself, you need to buy your own entry tickets, and we recommend buying them directly from Silverstone at
getting your own tickets direct from Silverstone . Book your tickets and your place on this tour ASAP because July Grand Prix’s are very popular in the UK and always see out fast! Last year (2010) general admission tickets were sold out by March, so don’t hesitate and book up today!.
