This amazing 16 Day tour starts and finishes in the vibrant city of Kathmandu, and includes an relaxed 6 day trek through the Dudh Kosi (River of Milk) valley with views of Everest. We then spend two days white water rafting down the Trisuli River heading towards Chitwan National Park. After a short transfer we arrive in the park and stay in a luxury lodge and take elephant safaris looking for Tigers and One Horned Rhinos. To conclude this amazing adventure, we spend one night at the Everest Panorama Resort at Daman.

Day One – Kathmandu (D)
Make your own way to Kathmandu International airport, where we will meet you in airport arrivals and transfer you to your 4 star central Kathmandu hotel. The rest of the day is free until this evening where you enjoy a welcome dinner at a leading Kathmandu restaurant, a great opportunity to meet the other passengers on your trek.
Day Two – Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast at the hotel we spend the morning on a guided sight-seeing tour of old Kathmandu We will of course visit the Royal Palace in Durbar Square and explore the alleys, temples and shrines of this ancient city. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your leisure, so you can enjoy strolling around and soaking up the atmosphere of this history rich capital city, or maybe jump into a taxi and visit Pashupatinath temple.
Day Three Kathmandu to Lukla and start Trek (B) (D)
After breakfast at your hotel we transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport and fly to Lukla. Once we arrive we start our 6 day trek around the beautiful Dudh Kosi River Valley with a walk to our first overnight accommodation in a Teahouse.
Day Four to Eight – Trekking (B) (L) (D)
Walking alongside the Dudh Kosi River, we will visit the Sherpa Capital of Namche and holy monasterys like Thyangboche. We will have time to visit Sherpa homes and the Park Museum. We will enjoy amazing views of Mt Everest. On day Eight we will return to Lukla.
The total trek distance is 64km over 6 days, you will be walking for 5 to 7 hours each day so abasic level of fitness is require. You will carry a day pack containing your water, camera etc and our porters will carry your larger bag. The maximum altitude will be 3867m when you visit Thyangboche.
Day Nine – Fly to Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast we fly back to Kathmandu and check into our 4 start central Kathmandu hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Kathmandu or relax and recover from the trek.
Day Ten to Eleven – Rafting (B) (L) (D)
After breakfast in the hotel on day 10, we will transfer to Trisuli River for two days of whitewater fun. Ride some great rapids and pass through gorges where monkeys play in primordial forests. At night we will pull up alongside a picturesque river bank and camp in tents next to the river.
Day Twelve to Thirteen – Chitwan National Park. (B) (L) (D)
We drive the short distance to Chitwan National Park and for the next two days we enjoy the comforts of a luxury safari lodge. Search for the One Horned Rhinoceros and the elusive Bengal Tiger from atop an elephant.
Day Fourteen – Mountain Resort (B) (L) (D)
After breakfast we drive to Daman and check into the restful Everest Panorama Resort in Daman. Here you can just relax, enjoy superb food and breath in the clean mountain air. On a clear day, you can enjoy 400km of Nepalese Himalaya on view, from Mt Everest in the East, all the way to Mt Dhaulagiri in the west. Alternatively you could walk to a local village or hire a bike (not included) and explore the local area.
Day Fifteen – Mountain Resort to Kathmandu (B)
After a leisurely breakfast at the Mountain Resport, we transfer you back to your 4 star hotel in central Kathmandu. The rest of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure.
Day Sixteen – Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast in your hotel, we will transfer you to the airport where your tour terminates.
